Assistant Store Manager, HOKA

Drive key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture while partnering with the Store Manager to deliver results. Own day-to-day store operations such as training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, asset security, labor scheduling, inventory, and cash controls. Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training a high-performing team, and help with in-store events and local outreach to strengthen the HOKA community.
