Director, Test & Operations

Lead end-to-end test engineering and test operations across component, subsystem, and full-system campaigns. Own test architecture, instrumentation, data acquisition, procedures, and qualification planning, while ensuring safe, repeatable execution. Build and scale test infrastructure and facilities coordination (including GSE) with engineering, manufacturing, launch, and program teams. Manage incident response and corrective actions, and lead multi-disciplinary teams with disciplined safety and EHS compliance.
