•Lead the global Operations gross margin framework, ensuring consistency, transparency, and governance across manufacturing sites and regions.
•Analyze key cost drivers (productivity, labour, material, overheads, fixed cost absorption) to drive performance visibility.
•Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to improve data quality, align financial systems, and strengthen margin reporting.
•Identify profitability improvement opportunities, challenge performance gaps, and support cost optimization with measurable financial impact.
•Develop global standards for margin reporting, variance analysis, and performance governance; translate complex data into actionable business insights for strategic decisions and planning.

•Strong understanding of operations cost drivers including standard costing, productivity, labour, material, and overheads.
•Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; proficiency with SAP/ERP systems.
