Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the CAP with professional and technical training, networking, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • •Serve as a strategic HR partner working with leaders across the company.
  • •Assess HR needs with business groups and develop and implement innovative HR solutions.
  • •Support HR activities such as analyzing market competitiveness and improving recruiting and marketing efforts.
  • •Help identify high-potential talent and implement development plans, training modules, and long-term talent needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher)
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
