Swimming Coordinator

Lead and grow the swimming lesson programme for the Leisure team, ensuring high-quality delivery and positive customer experiences. You’ll manage and develop qualified swimming teachers, coordinate new sessions based on community needs, and maintain retention through excellent lesson outcomes. Build relationships with customers, schools and local partners, monitor performance using reporting and KPIs, and support day-to-day operations by stepping in to teach when required.
