  • •Develop and implement strategies to secure high-value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned with long-term goals.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure collaboration and project success.
  • •Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams while identifying integration/delivery risks, building mitigation plans, defining KPIs, and improving processes for scalable growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •15+ years of experience in development support and 10+ years in asset management with oil and gas E&P operators.
  • •Proven project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and securing complex projects.
  • •Experience integrating multiple product lines or business functions within a large organization.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial/strategic thinking skills; proficient with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
