Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Foundry Layout/CAD team enabling MMIC/RFIC design by creating layouts (Cadence Virtuoso) to the engineering team's specifications.
•Maintain design flow by managing layout data, verification (DRC/LVS), and automation.
•Oversee preparation of layout data, reticles, and photomask procurement to ensure production readiness.
•Conduct data checks, documentation, and peer reviews while coordinating with design, production, process development, and modeling teams.
•Manage and develop up to 20 engineers, and liaise with department leadership to support career growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
•Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor MMIC layout and CAD experience

•Knowledge of III-V semiconductor processing steps and RF device/circuit characterization
