Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Foundry Layout/CAD team enabling MMIC/RFIC design by creating layouts (Cadence Virtuoso) to the engineering team's specifications.
  • •Maintain design flow by managing layout data, verification (DRC/LVS), and automation.
  • •Oversee preparation of layout data, reticles, and photomask procurement to ensure production readiness.
  • •Conduct data checks, documentation, and peer reviews while coordinating with design, production, process development, and modeling teams.
  • •Manage and develop up to 20 engineers, and liaise with department leadership to support career growth.
