Automotive Inventory/ Parts Line Lead (2nd Shift)

Lead day-to-day operations for an inspection center line, directly supervising hourly associates to safely move vehicles for repairs while consistently meeting inventory production and quality targets. You’ll oversee coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution; review mechanical/physical defects and help decide whether inventory is repaired or rejected. Train associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs correctly the first time and minimize rework and production delays.
