Director - PMO - Aviation Construction

Lead PMO strategy and governance for major aviation and infrastructure programs, defining cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, and document control standards. Oversee integrated program controls, ensuring accurate baselines, forecasts, KPIs, and executive dashboards. Direct risk and change management and provide scenario analysis and decision support to client leadership. Serve as primary PMO interface with executives and partner teams while mentoring a multidisciplinary PMO group.
