Deliver outstanding customer service and educate consumers on products, promotions, and events using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards. Assist across departments such as consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management while partnering with Store Management to improve key performance indicators.
