Deliver a high-quality client experience, educate customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support sales efforts through outbound calling and identifying client needs. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, risk management, and ongoing training.
