Join GetGround as a Senior Analytics Engineer to build a data platform powering decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities

•Build a data platform that powers decision-making across GetGround, working as the second member of our data team alongside our Lead Data & Analytics Engineer.
•Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively uncover insights and influence strategy through data.
•Co-governing our Count Metrics Catalog (semantic layer) and building trust in data across Product, Design, Growth, and RevOps teams.
•Owning and evolving our dbt Warehouse layer, designing modular, testable, well-documented models that scale with our rapid growth.
•Using the data your modelling to generate cross-business insights that inform decision-making at every level.

Key Requirements

•Experience implementing CI pipelines and modular dbt practices; working with event-level product analytics data.
•Care deeply about code quality, reproducibility, and stakeholder trust.
•Collaborative mindset; ability to mentor others and challenge assumptions.
