Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and PXBP to identify and build external talent pipelines aligned to business initiatives.
  • •Develop and execute hiring strategy across channels, candidate journey design, vendor management, and employer branding to meet hiring needs.
  • •Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening/interviews, evaluation, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • •Design and monitor recruitment key metrics, analyze recruitment reports, and stay current on industry best practices, employment trends, and legislation.
  • •Manage channel development and optimization, support campus recruitment programs, coordinate recruitment system implementation in China, and coach direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Strategic talent advisory skills to partner with business leaders and hiring managers on talent strategy.
  • •Experience leading full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, evaluation, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • •Ability to design and execute hiring strategies across levels and functions, including candidate journey and employer branding.
  • •Competence in using data and recruitment reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • •Knowledge of employment trends and recruitment best practices, including current employment legislation and policies.
