Build and maintain a scalable operational “risk intelligence” layer for incident management and operational governance. Develop data pipelines, workflows, and analytics that aggregate, process, and analyze operational data across systems, enabling reliable reporting and risk monitoring. Analyze operational incidents and disruptions, translate data into actionable risk and control insights, and create executive-ready dashboards and trend analyses to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze operational incidents, service disruptions, and risk events to identify trends, recurring failures, and systemic control gaps across products, platforms, and regions.
•Develop executive-ready intelligence briefings and dashboards to communicate operational health, customer impact, financial exposure, and emerging risk trends.
•Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and analytical solutions to ensure reliable data availability, quality, and operational reporting.
•Design, test, and optimize components of distributed data processing solutions to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
•Apply data modeling, database design principles, and workflow orchestration/automation while ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and operational standards.
