Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze operational incidents, service disruptions, and risk events to identify trends, recurring failures, and systemic control gaps across products, platforms, and regions.
  • •Develop executive-ready intelligence briefings and dashboards to communicate operational health, customer impact, financial exposure, and emerging risk trends.
  • •Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and analytical solutions to ensure reliable data availability, quality, and operational reporting.
  • •Design, test, and optimize components of distributed data processing solutions to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • •Apply data modeling, database design principles, and workflow orchestration/automation while ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and operational standards.
