Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
  • •Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, support referrals with business partners, and provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
