Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business intelligence solutions using user needs, appropriate data repositories, BI best practices, and innovative technologies.
  • •Create reporting and analytics solutions with SAP Business Objects, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc., and deliver ad-hoc data and report requests.
  • •Investigate and analyze data discrepancies, monitor analytics/reporting system performance, and maintain user documentation.
  • •Provide system support to head office, regional offices, and business units users.
  • •Use container operations KPIs to analyze performance trends and improvements, and plan/train terminal user groups (including creating newsletter-style updates).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •5 years’ experience analyzing business processes and interfaces, including container terminal operations and terminal operating systems (e.g., Navis, OPUS, Zodiac, RBS).
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Intelligence reporting using SAP or comparable BI applications.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in relational database concepts and report writing tools.
  • •Ability to work and communicate in multicultural teams and communicate fluently in English.
