Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee quality and workmanship for construction activities across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
  • •Manage project QA/QC documentation including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and permanent materials records.
  • •Develop and apply inspection and testing standards, ensure method statements, ITPs, and drawings are approved and followed, and remove superseded documents from site.
  • •Prepare work inspection requests for each construction activity and coordinate inspections with consultants, ensuring site items are inspected properly before consultant visits.
  • •Drive quality outcomes by ensuring inspections pass on first submission targets, conducting toolbox briefings, checking incoming materials, and raising NCRs for rejected supplier materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience in QA/QC.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a relevant professional qualification (MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification ISO 9001, or ASQC certification like CQM/CQE).
  • •Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO.
  • •Ability to read and apply drawings, specifications, standards, and data sheets; experience addressing QC issues.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and preferably SAP; ability to interact effectively in English.
