Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage preparation of estimates and support proposal teams during development of remediation technical approaches.
  • •Lead project team estimate reviews and collaborate with project teams and management on strategies and plans.
  • •Develop estimate plans, basis of estimate and qualifications, work breakdown structures, and bid tabulations based on customer/RFP requirements.
  • •Document assumptions for the bid process and execution of work, and analyze estimates to predict key project issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration in Business AND 4+ years of estimator-related work experience (including environmental remediation), or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Capable of quickly learning the company estimating systems and processes and understanding estimating terminology, measures, and processes that affect projects.
  • •Perform environmental remediation estimations in Microsoft Excel and support proposal teams with estimate development and technical approach support.
  • •Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check; many projects/clients are security sensitive.
  • •Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required; valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
