Key Responsibilities

•Identify, approach, and onboard real estate agencies as referral partners, focusing on agencies active in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
•Collaborate with the commercial team to target agencies and participate in meetings to pitch partnership opportunities.
•Develop structured partnerships with property developer teams (handover and resale) using referral, white-label, or aggregator models.
•Coordinate with government entities and institutional partners (e.g., DLD, RERA, housing programmes) to build access to handover pipelines or preferred partner status.
•Maintain CRM records, track performance metrics (leads, cases, disbursements), and report weekly to the Sales Director.

Key Requirements

•Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, banking, or a related field.
•UAE National (Emirati) — required for Emiratisation compliance.
•Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
•Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and basic reporting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
