•Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.

•Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and ensure follow-up on daily activities to meet store deadlines.
•Support retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotion.
•Adhere to Crocs asset protection procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control, and help maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of total retail experience, ideally with prior store leadership roles.
•Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
•Genuine excitement for retail and sales with a passion for memorable shopping experiences.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team members.
•Proactive, detail-oriented approach to completing tasks efficiently while representing Crocs as a brand ambassador.
