Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer compensation programs including salary survey data compilation and timely updates for management reviews and job pricing.
  • •Evaluate jobs by documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions and respond to compensation, market competitiveness, job leveling, and job description maintenance inquiries.
  • •Execute core processes and support the annual merit increase process, partnering with HRIS and Payroll to ensure accurate, efficient operations.
  • •Maintain and enhance internal compensation databases and prepare incentive plan KPI calculations and forecasting for annual and sales incentives.
  • •Support special projects and continuous improvement, including acquisition integration, restructuring, system installation, and compensation audits and accruals using analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 97,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Knowledge of compensation principles, compensation analysis/consulting, market pricing, compensation plan/structure design, job evaluation and grading, and FLSA review.
  • •Excellent analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
  • •Demonstrated maturity handling employees at all levels while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
  • •Current PHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
