Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver BCO tasks aligned to OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Own the end-to-end credit and lending servicing journey for seamless customer and internal stakeholder processes.
  • •Combine client relationship management with risk assessment to ensure credit quality and appropriate returns on risk.
  • •Coordinate and complete credit applications or renewals, including risk escalation management.
  • •Maintain first-line controls and implement internal/external audit and regulator recommendations, with MI to track risk against thresholds.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of corporate lending experience with strong analytical and credit knowledge.
