Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the customer’s trusted technical advisor through solution review, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship.
  • •Identify and help execute high-value adoption use cases tied to customers’ critical workflows and business objectives.
  • •Advise champions and end users to implement and operationalize use cases to deliver high ROI.
  • •Maintain product expertise to implement and troubleshoot analytics solutions and test new functionalities with the product team.
  • •Apply industry knowledge to build customer trust and collaborate internally to influence industry strategy and the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical field such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; operations research, data analytics, or applied math considered.
  • •2+ years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, or technical pre-sales engineering in a SaaS/OT context (OT preferred).
  • •Experience in one or more industrial process manufacturing verticals with an understanding of market drivers and business priorities.
  • •Understanding of challenges in real-world industrial time-series data and analytics limitations (e.g., Excel/MATLAB/Python/BI tools).
  • •Ability to build trust and act as an influential technical communicator; programming experience in Python and/or other languages is a plus.
