Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and Hi-Pot switchboard products to verify correct function and component performance, and identify non-conformances.
  • •Use Hi-Pot, continuity test, and component-specific devices to perform electrical and mechanical testing, including verifying switches and circuit breakers.
  • •Examine and verify mating structures and coordination details (e.g., splice plate dimensions and kirk key coordination) to support field installation.
  • •Verify production revisions are incorporated correctly and documentation reflects current revision, including updating paperwork and test reports.
  • •Document and communicate non-conformances, verify required rework, ensure component literature and product documentation are included, and prevent unintended use of suspect product.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Minimum two years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Switchboard experience (bus assembly or wiring) and/or electrical testing experience using Hi-Pot and continuity testing.
  • •Working knowledge of Lean concepts and/or an associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
