Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly rolling supply forecasts and run monthly/weekly supply-demand reviews to balance capacity across multiple contract manufacturer (CM) factories and ensure feasible production loading.
  • •Own overall production scheduling and order allocation for contract manufacturers, dynamically adjusting plans for rush orders, changes, holds, and cancellations while monitoring daily progress, WIP, and output.
  • •Coordinate material and supply by holding suppliers accountable to CTB reporting and proactively tracking consigned and vendor-supplied materials to mitigate shortage risks.
  • •Lead issue resolution for delivery exceptions, yield issues, and supply conflicts by driving root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and standardizing SOPs across factories.
  • •Lead and develop the PMC team, manage daily work allocation and performance, and build KPI tracking with early warning mechanisms and standardized reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years supply chain planning experience in manufacturing/consumer electronics, including 3+ years people management experience in multi-OEM/CM planning.
  • •Experience scaling teams, products, or processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing execution with strategy.
  • •Strong outsourced manufacturing model experience, including order allocation, capacity balancing, consignment material control, and multi-factory delivery management.
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills for independent data analysis and KPI management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines.
