Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • •Provide customers with 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training to drive adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services.
  • •Deliver essential marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating more complex requests with marketing specialists.
  • •Partner with the Onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers.
  • •Represent the office by welcoming guests, answering the phone, managing mail distribution, supporting office needs, and escalating facilities issues.
