Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Assist or act as team lead and senior geotechnical engineer for geotechnical engineering for a wide variety of public and private sector clients.
•Provide leadership through technical supervision and mentoring of junior team members.
•Provide relevant feedback and instructions to team members and relevant updates to clients.
•Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and objectives.
•Participate in internal and external project meetings.
•Write and/or review/approve reports and specifications and make presentations.
•Assist other Project Managers in preparing field documentation and organizing field activities.
•Perform quality control/quality assurance of field work, field data analysis and interpretation, and engineering calculations.
•Assist other team members with the preparation of proposals and expressions of interest considering the methodology for undertaking potential projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or any related technical field.
•+6 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and/or demonstrated equivalency.
•Experience in MTO projects for geotechnical engineering in High complexity.
•Registered professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
•Valid Class G Ontario license.
