Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead Data 360 GTM for EMEA, driving exceptional performance across a specialized sales team and scaling revenue by influencing Core, Marketing, Tableau and other sellers to focus on Data 360.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Salesforce teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Employee Success, Recruiting) to maximize resources and influence product development and the strategic roadmap.
  • •Own the long-term growth strategy for Data 360, identifying new industry vertical opportunities, expanding channels, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing specialist team through recruitment, development, coaching, and performance management while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • •Drive internal enablement sessions and represent the organization at company-wide events, industry conferences, and leadership forums as a spokesperson for executive and employee audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences across EMEA.
  • •Proven experience leading second- or third-line strategic sales teams nationally or globally, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • •Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • •Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster cultural change, and implement continuous improvements in high-growth environments.
  • •Strong operational and analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
