Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain backend services for creator monetization, including the Creator Rewards Program and related incentive, governance, and payout workflows.
  • •Build reliable, scalable systems that translate creator strategy into configurable eligibility, reward calculation, experimentation, and financial workflows.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Research, Operations, and Trust & Safety to understand needs, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver technical solutions.
  • •Improve correctness, performance, availability, observability, and data integrity in large-scale, data-intensive systems via testing, monitoring, code reviews, and documentation.
  • •Own technical designs end-to-end from development through launch, using data and feedback to iterate on products and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or having recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Java, C++, or Python (Go experience is a plus).
  • •Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, computer networks, operating systems, and database concepts.
  • •Familiarity with relational databases and caching (e.g., MySQL, Redis), including indexing and performance optimization.
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, with strong problem-solving and learning agility.
