Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Supervise production performance for the 2nd shift, driving safety, quality, cost, time, and output while keeping the production flow smooth through responsible materials usage. Lead plant process improvements and support ongoing plant programs by partnering with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement. Coach and develop production associates, communicate goals and initiatives, and help achieve targets such as units per man hour, safety/5S, TAKT attainment, and plant cost.
