Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product management for Securities Services digital asset capabilities, including proposition and roadmap for tokenised securities/funds servicing and digital asset custody.
•Lead structured discovery for new or ambiguous initiatives (e.g., pilots/PoCs), defining scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
•Identify, evaluate, and manage partner/vendor opportunities, including selection criteria, governance cadence, and delivery oversight.
•Translate product strategy into delivery scope (features, milestones, releases) and outcomes in partnership with technology and programme teams.
•Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and risk expectations, including testing/acceptance criteria and go-to-market measurement; drive operational readiness and target operating model change.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in product management and/or complex delivery within securities services, custody, fund administration, fund middle office, or related institutional markets.
•Strong understanding of securities servicing operating models and market infrastructure, with ability to assess operating, control, and scalability impacts.
•Experience delivering products using Agile/iterative approaches, including requirements, roadmap management, and SIT/UAT readiness.
•Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
•Experience managing third-party/vendor relationships, including evaluation, governance, and performance oversight.
