Provide steady-state support and on-call escalation coverage for email and collaboration infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities

•Provide steady-state support for email and collaboration infrastructure, including on-call coverage and handling escalations and critical issues.
•Administer Microsoft Teams across the organization, including integration with other Microsoft 365 services, monitoring performance/reliability, and managing policies and permissions.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Teams users, including chat, meetings, calls, and file sharing; manage user access and usage policies.
•Plan and execute changes/upgrade and maintenance activities for M365 services with minimal disruption and effective stakeholder communication.
•Administer SharePoint Online and collaboration components (site collections, permissions, content types/lists/libraries, workflows, templates) and support monitoring, reporting, and security/compliance/data retention policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
•5+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams, M365 apps, and Exchange Online.
•Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to use systems, tools, and procedures to accomplish job responsibilities.
•Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate technical concepts clearly to end users.
