Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist media team members with media buying and planning across broadcast, digital, print, out of home, radio, and awards.
  • •Maintain media plan packets including budgets, media calendars, and flow charts.
  • •Coordinate deliverables and ensure media partners receive required assets; support internal review and approval workflows.
  • •Work with the creative team to ensure media plans are accurately executed and trafficked according to schedule.
  • •Process work orders, coordinate with vendors and internal finance teams on billing/payment, track expenses, and support scheduling and EVP travel arrangements.
