Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multidisciplinary hydropower and dam projects.
  • •Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • •Support WSP project management processes across opportunity, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • •Monitor project costs and schedule using appropriate tools and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •Occasionally travel for project meetings, site visits, training sessions, and related activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • •10+ years of senior-level experience in the hydropower and dams sector with a strong professional network.
  • •Strong experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Knowledge of scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 (asset).
  • •P.ENG designation or eligibility to obtain registration; MBA or PMP certification (asset).
