Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to optimize resource use and deliver work plan scope within budget and time constraints.
  • •Follow established planning and scheduling methodology when developing the project schedule and building milestone/progress tracking baselines.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with the scheduling methodology and contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure to support performance measurement.
  • •Perform schedule data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring attention, and communicate findings to the Project Director and team.
  • •Lead schedule reporting (forecast updates and contingency management) and manage timely schedule updates, analysis, and reports; ensure schedule compliance and recommend recovery options based on resource requirements and availability impacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant civil infrastructure construction experience (e.g., Aviation, Rail, Transportation, Bridges/Roads/Highways, Tunnels, Utilities) in a scheduling role supporting major programs.
  • •Rail experience is highly preferred.
  • •Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination to support project/program success.
  • •Hands-on experience using Primavera Project Planner 6.0 (or above) and Microsoft Project, with practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques.
