Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Organise and guide sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile processes for digital change activity.
  • •Support software engineering change management, including implementation planning and runbook creation and review.
  • •Coordinate delivery testing, including scoping, results analysis and approval, and third-party support.
  • •Coordinate transition and service readiness/transition activities, including implementation communications and incident/warranty support.
  • •Coordinate release implementation activities and third-party supplier work, and provide support for incident management and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive agile delivery experience coordinating multiple teams, suppliers, and workstreams across digital or transformation environments.

  • •Experience coordinating software engineering change and test phases, including penetration and performance testing.
  • •Experience in incident management and operational readiness for digital channels.
  • •Strong planning, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
