Job Summary

Support full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across engineering, geoscience, finance, and technology. Partner with HR and hiring teams to advise through selection, interviewing, compensation negotiations, and closure while building effective sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines. Collaborate with recruiters to improve processes and candidate/client experiences, manage ATS and recruitment technologies, and maintain strong hiring manager and HRBP relationships to fill vacancies and enhance recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
•Guide HR and hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle from selection and interviewing through compensation negotiations to closure.
•Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hiring, maximizing candidate and customer experience.
•Capture niche job requirements and build effective search strategies and candidate pipelines.
•Maintain ATS and leverage recruitment technologies while fostering relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates.

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 5 years managing the entire recruitment process, with a blend of agency and corporate recruitment preferred.
•Deep understanding of sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment pipeline development, including Boolean and X-ray searches.
•Experience with recruitment management software and sourcing/screening tools, with SAP SuccessFactors experience beneficial.
•Spanish language fluency is required.
