Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize computational performance for Data AML recommendation mid-platform models, tuning inference/training bottlenecks and improving computing utilization.
  • •Design and develop high-performance kernel libraries, including general-purpose and business-customized kernels with computation and communication parallelism.
  • •Advance model compilation optimization by building/improving the mid-platform model compilation system using graph optimization, kernel fusion, scheduling, and code generation.
  • •Collaborate with business and algorithm teams to identify performance issues, perform full-stack performance analysis, diagnose bottlenecks, and deliver optimization solutions.
  • •Consolidate general-purpose performance optimization components, toolchains, and platform capabilities to enable multiple internal business units.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience with model compilation stacks such as TVM, MLIR, XLA, and related development/optimization work.
  • •Proficiency in C/C++ development, including assembly familiarity and understanding of CPU/GPU architecture and cache mechanisms for high-performance kernel development.
  • •Understanding deep learning framework computation graphs and execution for inference/training, including experience implementing model graph optimization and compilation optimization.
  • •Ability to independently think, decompose problems, troubleshoot performance, and overcome complex performance bottlenecks.
