Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage follow-up communications with patients.
  • •Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes in the system.
  • •Complete benefit checks and insurance authorization for patients’ coverage.
  • •Provide first-level patient support, answer questions, collect payments, and assist with basic office duties.
