Job Summary

Serve as a strategic thought partner to Product and Engineering by evaluating product performance, prioritizing investments, and shaping pricing, monetization, and future growth plans. Translate product, customer, operational, and financial signals into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations. Partner closely with Analytics and Data to define the right questions and turn analysis into sound business decisions for senior leadership, without owning dashboards or analytics infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate product performance and translate it into insights that guide senior leadership decisions.
•Shape how Eve prioritizes investments and plans for future growth across Product and Engineering.
•Develop recommendations on pricing, monetization, and product economics using financial and business data.
•Partner with Analytics and Data teams to define key questions, interpret findings, and turn analysis into business decisions.
•Communicate complex financial and business information clearly through executive-ready materials and recommendations.

Salary: USD 185,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years in strategic finance, product finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, growth finance, or related roles at a high-growth technology company.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, or business leaders on growth, investment, pricing, monetization, or strategic planning decisions.
•Strong financial modeling/analysis, including forecasts, business cases, and models connecting performance to strategic decisions.
•Ability to evaluate opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks in a fast-moving environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
