Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team, helping the team meet performance targets.
•Coordinate daily operations including delivery dates, handling complaints/returns/reships, and maintaining customer master data.
•Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
•Act as a point of contact for customer service escalations from platform partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
•Identify process gaps within the team and help develop initiatives to continuously improve service quality.

Key Requirements

•Experience in strategic operations, outbound/inbound transportation, fulfillment operations.
•Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
•Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results and hold team members accountable for performance.
•Proactively identify business opportunities and independently drive initiatives that improve performance.
•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
