Key Responsibilities

•Own the cost and inventory accounting processes globally, including standard costing, cost rolls, BOM governance, and cost integrity across product categories
•Lead inventory valuation across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, retail, and in-transit inventory, including capitalization of landed costs in a multi-country environment
•Manage month-end close for inventory and cost accounting, including journal entries, SL-to-GL reconciliations, and COGS reporting; support audit readiness
•Identify and eliminate manual costing/inventory processes; lead ERP optimization (NetSuite) and build dashboards/KPIs to improve decision-making
•Partner with Supply Chain, Production, Planning, FP&A, and DC Operations; mentor the cost and inventory accounting team and support new market launches

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years in cost and inventory accounting within retail, apparel, e-commerce, or CPG; 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role
•Deep expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, landed cost accounting, and the full inventory lifecycle from receipt through COGS recognition
•Proven track record in high-growth, multi-entity environments with international manufacturing and cross-border inventory flows
•Advanced ERP experience; NetSuite strongly preferred and ability to leverage system functionality to reduce manual work
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA highly preferred
