Senior Counsel - Contracts & Litigation (Atlanta, GA, US, 30338)

Serve as an experienced attorney for CRH Americas’ legal department, reporting to an Associate General Counsel and partnering closely with EHS and operating-company leaders. Handle litigation and commercial contracting matters, including asserting/responding to claims, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and identifying legal risk exposures. Manage outside counsel and claims consultants, evaluate litigation practices, research legal precedent and regulations, and provide guidance and training across the organization.
