  • •Partner with operating companies to assert or respond to claims and lawsuits.
  • •Review and negotiate contracts and collaborate to identify and prevent potential claims.
  • •Manage claims consultants and outside counsel; supervise litigation including insurance and contract claims.
  • •Evaluate litigation practices and develop approaches to reduce litigation risk.
  • •Research, review, interpret, and draft legal documents; make legal recommendations based on regulations and legal precedent.
