Key Responsibilities

•Lead creation and delivery of design, art direction, and video for campaigns, projects, and toolkits from concept to execution.
•Provide brand-aligned creative feedback and ensure creative standards across internal partners and collaborators.
•Own creative output for assigned photoshoots and productions, including visual direction such as typography, lighting, talent, and grading.
•Lead shot list/storyboard creation and run photoshoots on set, coordinating with photographers and directing talent/athletes/models.
•Design and produce campaign assets for digital channels, creating layouts/comps/mockups/presentations and preparing production-ready final files.
