Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, handling load/unload and inspecting the hauler to ensure safe operation. •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and complete the delivery process.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect the car-hauler to help ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
•Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Work required shift hours (11am–9pm) and maintain availability across 7 days a week with rotating days off.

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including vehicle detailing and loading/unloading haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions.
•Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform required physical movements (reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat).
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Requires a valid driver’s license and being able to obtain required local licenses/certifications (e.g., Notary within 90 days; additional state-specific requirements).
