Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute post-technical-win technical account strategy and investment plans for prioritized use cases within strategic accounts.
  • •Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams, driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads.
  • •Engage with customers at executive levels to communicate value and align on strategic roadmaps, ensuring continued executive sponsorship and relationship management.
  • •Collaborate with Shared Services (Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support) and escalated experts to deliver tasks beyond your scope.
  • •Create, own and execute a PoV to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services proposals when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
  • •Experience understanding architecture related distributed data systems (Data Engineering technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka; Data Warehousing with SQL; Data Science and ML technologies such as pandas, scikit-learn, HPO)
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with virtual teams of SMEs
  • •Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to engage CXO-level audiences
  • •Proficiency in Korean and English (native level Korean and business level English) verbally and in writing
