Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and develop digital transformation projects for military pension systems, coordinating with related entities to ensure system integration with government HR and financial data sources.
  • •Propose structural designs for systems and electronic applications, including user interfaces, workflows, and pension calculation mechanisms in line with local pension laws and Dubai-wide standards.
  • •Analyze business requirements, identify continuous technical improvements, and enhance system accuracy and user experience for retirees and beneficiaries.
  • •Address technical and complex inquiries from military authorities or retirees, coordinating with Dubai Digital Government teams to apply cyber security standards and provide technical support.
  • •Prepare and update technical documentation, maintenance plans, and operational guidelines for pension systems, and deliver training materials and workshops for end-users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 20,001 - 30,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Business Administration (12 years of experience)
  • •Professional certifications in IT service management and project management (ITSM, PMP)
  • •Experience in designing and developing electronic applications for pension systems
  • •Ability to analyze business requirements and implement technical improvements for data accuracy and user experience
  • •Experience coordinating with government entities and supporting digital transformation initiatives
