Job Summary

Oversee production processes for the manufacturing of David’s Sunflower Seeds, reporting to the 2nd Shift Supervisor. Safely and efficiently operate and maintain production equipment to meet quality, safety, and operational standards. Troubleshoot, repair, and monitor equipment, complete sanitation and preventive maintenance, and run daily/weekly/monthly inspections. Maintain clean work areas and follow 5S while using precision hand and powered tools.

•Identify and communicate safety, quality, or operational issues while maintaining a clean work area and following 5S requirements.
