Key Responsibilities

•Monitor the risk alert queue and identify high-risk behaviour within the business portfolio.
•Conduct fraud investigations within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses.
•Attain a thorough understanding of GoCardless’ product, policies and processes.
•Lead on customer-facing correspondence and work with various teams across the business to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,867 - 2,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1) Experience in a fraud investigations role or similar, with the ability to identify high-risk behaviour and drive investigations within SLAs.
•2) Strong logical reasoning to distinguish legitimate activity from illicit behaviour and understand the implications of new information for problem-solving.
•3) Excellent written English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
•4) Proactive, initiative-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and impact merchants positively.
•5) Willingness to learn about data usage and its application to inform cross-functional decisions across the business.
