Key Responsibilities

  • •Run daily client onboarding meetings to collect financial data, pin down scope, and keep timelines on track.
  • •Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts, resolving integration and access issues.
  • •Check signed proposals against first-call needs and flag scope or pricing mismatches the same day.
  • •Troubleshoot setup and data problems using real accounting judgment, adjusting when accounts are at risk.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Initialization, Accounting, and Tax to close handoff gaps and deliver a clean onboarding close-out.

Key Requirements
